The consultation for Greater Lincolnshire devolution, led by Lincolnshire County Council concluded last week with a robust participation of 4048 responses from across the area. Notably, this response rate surpasses those of similar consultations held nationwide.
I had the privilege of attending the in-person event in Stamford, where I engaged directly with residents to understand their priorities and perspectives on the proposed deal and the establishment of a mayoral combined authority which included a range of opinions!
Moving forward, an in-depth independent analysis of the feedback will be conducted to guide our subsequent actions. The findings will be presented to our Full Council on March 13, where we will deliberate on the outcomes and determine our next course of action!
