I was made aware that these pieces of public open space in Stamford have been advertised for sale by the developer after receiving a notification through Rightmove earlier today. I have already spoken with our South Kesteven District Council officers in both planning enforcement and our S106 officer to enter proactive discussions with the developer to enter into an agreement with South Kesteven District Council to transfer the land ownership to us, as is usual practice with developments. I will be working alongside our officers to bring this to a positive outcome as soon as possible for the residents of these areas affected.
